As an Architect at **Mindscape Design**, you will play a pivotal role in conceiving, planning, and executing architectural projects from inception to completion. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with clients, project managers, and cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and develop design concepts that align with the client's vision.
- Create detailed architectural plans, drawings, and 3D models using industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
- Oversee project development and construction phases, ensuring that designs are implemented accurately and according to specifications.
- Conduct site visits, inspections, and evaluations to assess the progress and quality of ongoing projects.
- Prepare and present design proposals and reports to clients, obtaining their feedback and approval.
- Mentor and guide junior architects and interns to foster professional growth within the team.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, Lumion etc.
- Knowledge of sustainable design practices and experience integrating them into projects.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
