Chef De Partie in Chinese cuisine responsibilities:
- **Food preparation**: Cook a variety of Chinese dishes, such as **dim sum, soups, and stir-fries, using traditional recipes and methods**:

- **Kitchen management**: Manage a section of the kitchen, ensuring that ingredients and equipment are organized and ready for service
- **Quality control**: Ensure that food meets quality, taste, and presentation standards before serving
- **Inventory management**: Monitor stock levels of ingredients, sauces, and condiments, and assist with ordering and maintaining inventory
- **Training**: Develop and implement training plans for food production employees
- **Menu planning**: Develop seasonal, promotional, and special event menus
- **Sanitation**: Maintain sanitation code adherence in the kitchen and storage
- **Safety and compliance**: Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹31,333.00 per month
