_**JOB DESCRIPTION FOR PLANNING EXECUTIVE**_

The Planning Executive oversees and coordinates all aspects of the projects, ensuring quality, efficiency, and adherence to project timelines and budgets. This role involves managing site operations, liaising with stakeholders, and leading a team to deliver successful project outcomes.
- **Key Responsibilities**:_
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
- Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with design, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Supervise and mentor site supervisors, engineers, and other team members.
- Facilitate collaboration among various teams, including architects, contractors, and clients.
- Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Review and approve project-related expenses and invoices.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Provide timely updates on project milestones and address concerns proactively.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, permits, and progress reports.
- **Qualifications and Skills**:_
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in civil project management or operations.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
