**Job Summary**:
The Pathology Technician is responsible for preparing and examining tissue, blood, and body fluid samples under the supervision of a pathologist. The role includes specimen collection, processing, staining, and maintaining laboratory equipment to ensure accurate diagnostic results.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Collect and label specimens (blood, tissue, fluids) for analysis.
- Prepare slides and tissue samples for microscopic examination.
- Perform staining, sectioning, and embedding of specimens.
- Operate and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment.
- Record, analyze, and report results accurately in laboratory systems.
- Maintain cleanliness and sterility in the lab environment.
- Follow all safety and infection control protocols.
- Assist pathologists in preparing reports and managing lab data.
- Maintain stock levels of lab supplies and reagents.
- Ensure proper waste disposal according to biomedical waste regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or B.Sc. in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT/BMLT).
- Certification or licensure as per local/state regulations.
- 1-3 years of relevant lab experience preferred.

**Skills Required**:

- Sound knowledge of pathology lab procedures and techniques.
- Familiarity with laboratory equipment and medical software.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in sample handling.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Good communication and adherence to ethical standards.

Pay: ₹8,609.95 - ₹33,893.47 per month
