Chat Support Executive

Responsibilities:
1. Expert in handling customer queries on all social media platforms

2. Develop in-depth knowledge of services to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences

3. You should also be able to liaise with the appropriate departments to resolve customer complaints.

4. Educate current and potential customers with service information

5. Answering to customers' questions in regards to products and services via chats or calls

**Requirements**:
Graduate (Bachelor's or associate's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or related fields is preferred)

Strong negotiation and consultative skills

Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills

Effective communication skills

Exceptional customer service skills

Reporting skill is an ad-on.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- New Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
