**Job Title: Healthcare Recruiter - Remote**

**Location**: Remote (India-based) **Company**: Princeton Staffing Solutions - US based Shift: U.S. Hours (Evening to Night IST)

**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Understand job requirements for healthcare roles (e.g., PT, OT, SLP, etc.) shared by account managers.
- Screen resumes to assess suitability.
- Verify credentials, licenses, and certifications as per U.S. state regulations.
- Maintain up-to-date records and reports in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of experience in U.S. staffing/recruitment, preferably in healthcare.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Familiarity with U.S. healthcare roles and licensing requirements.
- Comfortable working night shifts (U.S. time zone).
- Proficient in using ATS tools, job boards, and communication platforms (Zoom, Teams).
- Ability to work independently and stay organized in a remote setup.
- A strong sense of empathy, professionalism, and urgency.

**Work Schedule & Salary**
- ** Shift**: Evening/Night (e.g., 6:30 PM - 3:30 AM IST)
- 40 hrs. a week - weekends off
- ** Location**: 100% Remote (Work from Home - India)
- Salary INR 45 - 50k per month
