**Prospecting and Lead Generation**:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.
- Generate leads and build a robust sales pipeline to achieve and exceed sales targets.

**Client Relationship Management**:

- Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with clients to provide tailored solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.

**Sales Presentations**:

- Conduct compelling sales presentations to showcase our products/services and address client requirements.
- Clearly communicate the unique value propositions of our offerings.
- Negotiation and Closing:

- Drive the negotiation process and close deals effectively, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the company.
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

**Market Intelligence**:

- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
- Provide feedback to the management team on market dynamics to refine sales strategies.

**Field Sales Operations**:

- Manage and organize field sales activities, including client visits, product demonstrations, and events.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and forecasts on a regular basis.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in B.Tech or Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in field sales, with at least 1 -2 years of experience in
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
