We are hiring for Dental Receptionist (Female Preferred)

Roles and Responsibilities

Responsible for greeting visitors and ensuring the provision of refreshments, including tea, to uphold a welcoming environment

Must be able to handle front desk.

Should be well verse in Marathi and Hindi

Answer incoming calls to take message, and transfer calls to appropriate personnel or department.

Schedule appointments of patients, clients and other visitors.

Assist the dentist, performing full range of chairside duties, in offering patient necessary comprehensive care.

Perform preventive maintenance of dental equipments.

Maintain dental supplies and records.

Make patients comfortable in dental chair, prepare them for treatment, and obtain previous dental records.

Sterilize and disinfect dental instruments and equipments, and prepare tray setups for dental procedure.

Make material for impression tray and restoration, expose radiographs as directed by dentist.

**Qualifications**:
Basic computer knowledge

Basic english knowledge

Excellent customer service and leadership skills

Ability to multitask efficiently

Excellent computer and typing skill

HSC, Undergraduates, Graduates, and Freshers are also welcome.

Prior experience of working with Dental clinic or any clinic is an added advantage.
