**Responsibility**
- Install and configure software and hardware(desktops, laptops, servers, etc.)
- Manage network, servers and technology tools.
- Set up accounts and workstations for users in the organization.
- Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues our users encounter.
- Monitor performance and health of systems and maintain systems according to requirements.
- Upgrade systems and processes as required for enhanced functionality and security issue resolution
