Hiring : SYSTEM ADMIN/ IT EXECUTIVE

Location : Kochi

Job description
- Provide end-user technical support
- Administer, deploy and support all hardware desktop technologies (PCs, laptops, printers, phones and related peripheral devices)
- Responsible for diagnosing, documenting and resolving Hardware related issue
- Assist in windows Active Directory, ADC, and DNS, File share, WSUS, Antivirus and other server administration.
- Assist in windows Backup, group policies and user administration.
- Experience supporting Windows 7 and Windows 10 OS.
- Basic network connectivity troubleshooting skills and proficient with configuration of Router, switch, and firewalls.
- Document, track and respond to requests for service and reported problems through the ticketing system.
- Assist in vendor coordination and management.
- Any Technical Degree
- Any Relevant Technical Courses
- 2+ years of experience in IT(Preferably healthcare)
- Good level of written and verbal communication
- Ability to work independently as well as work well in a team environment
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
