**Job Description**:
Join our dynamic team as a Sales Representative, where you'll play a pivotal role in driving sales and building lasting relationships with our customers. Here's what you'll be doing:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers sourced from provided leads or databases.
- Engage in active listening to understand customer requirements and customize the sales pitch accordingly.
- Handle objections with finesse and address customer queries effectively to foster a positive impression of the company.
- Maintain meticulous and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
- Strive to achieve individual and team sales targets on a monthly or quarterly basis.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to follow up on warm leads and convert them into valuable sales opportunities.
- Keep yourself informed about product knowledge, pricing, and promotional offers to provide customers with accurate information.
- Actively participate in sales training sessions and meetings to sharpen your selling techniques and deepen your product knowledge.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
