The Chief Information Officer (CIO) is a senior executive responsible for managing the information technology (IT) strategy and operations of an organization. The CIO plays a critical role in aligning technology investments with business goals, improving operational efficiency, and driving innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement the organization's IT strategy, ensuring that it aligns with the overall business strategy.

Manage the organization's IT budget, ensuring that it is used efficiently and effectively to achieve business goals.

Oversee the implementation and maintenance of the organization's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems.

Ensure the security and integrity of the organization's data, networks, and systems.

Develop and implement policies and procedures for the use of technology within the organization.

Lead and manage a team of IT professionals, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and resources to support the organization's technology needs.

Identify and evaluate emerging technologies that could benefit the organization, and recommend investments in new technology.

Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the IT department.

Work with other executives and department heads to identify technology solutions that can improve business processes and drive growth.

Represent the organization's technology interests to external stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and regulatory bodies.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.

At least 10 years of experience in IT management, including experience leading a team.

Strong leadership and management skills, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.

Deep knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and security best practices.

Experience developing and implementing IT strategies that align with business goals.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Experience working in a regulated industry is a plus.

Relevant industry certifications, such as CISSP, CISA, or PMP, are preferred.

Ability to stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in the IT industry.

**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per month

- Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- IT systems, infrastructure and security: 5 years (preferred)
- CISSP, CISA, or PMP: 4 years (preferred)

License/Certification:

- CISSP, CISA, or PMP (preferred)
