We are looking for an Accounts executive having experience in UK accounting and hands-on experience working on SAGE Accounting Software.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Maintain a spreadsheet of income and expenses for the company.
- Calling UK suppliers for any queries.
- Create supplier invoices in SAGE.
- PT-X Allocation and PT-X payment collection for direct debit customers.
- Allocation of Bank payments and receipts in SAGE.
- Maintaining and Updating sheets for Direct Debit and One-Off customers.
- Maintaining Engineer expenses sheet.
- Maintaining Fleet Management.
- Maintaining a record of vehicle insurance and company insurance.
- Handling MIS activity.
- Coordinating with engineers and clients.
- Preparing of profit and loss monthly statements.
- Preparing and maintaining of management accounts.
- Preparing of bank reconciliation statement.

**Skills required**:

- Communication Skills
- Knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- Sound knowledge of accounts

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Vadodara, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
