Role Description

This is a full-time Account Executive role based on-site in Vadodara. The Account Executive will oversee daily financial operations, including managing accounts payable and receivable, maintaining accurate financial records, and preparing reports. Additional tasks include performing reconciliations, collaborating with internal teams to ensure compliance with policies, and contributing to the development of efficient financial processes. The role requires proactive communication with relevant stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely financial management.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in accounting principles, accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliation
  • Experience in managing financial records and preparing accurate reports
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to use accounting software and tools proficiently
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Experience in infrastructure or construction industries is a plus
