What we're looking for

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement social media strategies and content calendars.
- Define KPIs and KRAs for social media campaigns to optimize performance across platforms.
- Create engaging content that resonates with the audience and promotes brand identity.
- Stay updated on trends, memes, and algorithms to enhance campaigns.
- Strategize and oversee influencer marketing campaigns to expand reach and engagement.
- Oversee PR Strategies, and build & interact with communities across Social Media.
- Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads with a team.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong negotiation abilities.
- Creative thinker with a passion for brand building.
- Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making and providing insights.
- Knowledge of best practices for Twitter is a plus.
