You will be working as Demand Planner and will be part of Electrification business for Smart Buildings division based in Bangalore, India. In this role you will be reporting to Planning & Fulfillment Manager and will be responsible for working with product management team to coordinate new product launches, phase outs and platform changes etc. and incorporate them into the demand plan.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Creating and maintaining rolling 18-24 months unconstrained demand forecasts for assigned products. Assembling and analyzing all data pertinent to creating an unconstrained demand plan
- Monitoring finished goods Stock Keeping Units (SKU) levels, recommends SKU rationalization initiatives and feeds them into the inventory check book (ICBK)
- Reviewing and improving forecast accuracy both at the aggregate and the individual product level by identifying key root causes for forecast errors and implements initiatives to improve future forecast accuracy
- Leading the local integrated business planning process to necessary activities and update to the entire value chain of the sales process in low voltage products of electrification business
- Developing integrated rolling demand planning for business execution, measure and improve plans accuracy
- Coordinating and cooperating with local sales and product management teams to effectively manage phase in and out initiatives

**Your background**:

- Bachelor of Technology in Electrical or Mechanical
- Require 5-6 years of experience
- Demand planning, gather data, manufacturing, data analysis
- Coordinating and cooperating with local sales and product management teams to effectively manage phase in and out initiatives
- Business process owner to continuously improve process, tools and solutions
- Making detailed gap analyses across the value chain and provide solutions to reach expected customer service levels at optimized inventory levels
