Role

The Demand Planner has the responsibility to manage the demand planning for Harman India - Lifestyle division. This role will be responsible for demand planning & working with multiple stakeholders (internal & external). This role will play a very vital role in forecasting & Demand planning working with Sales Team and with SCM team. The Demand planner will have to work alongwith multiple functions internally namely; Sales Team, Supply Planning, Logistics, & also with our Distribution channel / Customers.

Essential Responsibilities:

- Demand Planning & Forecasting for FG & Spares
- S&OP Process
- SAP - IBP updation
- Develop demand forecasts in Co-ordination with Sales Team
- Analytics in Demand planning & Consensus

Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelors Degree
- 5+ years’ experience in Demand planning
- Experience in SAP & Demand planning tool (IBP, etc.)
- Analytical tool (Qliksense / Tableu )
- Strong Excel Analytics including Macros

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in SAP SD / MM module
- Experience in Demand Planning
- Strong attention to detail.
- Exemplary verbal and written communication skills.
- Creative problem-solver.
- Time management skills.

Eligibility Requirements:

- Willingness to travel 20% of the time
- Willingness to work in an office in Bangalore
- Willingness to submit to a background screen and a drug test
