**We're Hiring**:
**Position**: Telesales Executive

**Experience Required**: 1-3 Years (in Telesales / Telemarketing / )

**Location**: Mount Road, Chennai

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in telesales or customer engagement (inbound/outbound calling).
- Excellent communication skills in **any one regional language** ( Telugu / Kannada / Malayalam, ).
- Ability to handle customer queries, promote products/services, and achieve sales targets.
- Good listening and negotiation skills with a positive and persuasive attitude.
- Capability to work under pressure and meet daily/weekly sales goals

**Preferred Qualifications**:
12th or 10th + 3 years diploma

Prior experience in **insurance, banking, telecom, or retail telesales** will be an added advantage.

**Languages Preferred**:
Telugu / Kannada / Malayalam

**Salary**:
15000-25000 as take home + incentives will provided

Lunch will be provided

**Shift timings**:
9:30- 6:30 fixed shift

Monday to Saturday working

Sunday fixed week off

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
