The Academic Counsellor will be responsible for guiding students in making informed decisions regarding their education, career goals, and personal development. The role involves providing academic advice, supporting students in overcoming challenges, and helping them achieve their academic and professional aspirations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide academic and career counselling to students based on their interests, abilities, and goals.
- Guide students in selecting appropriate courses, programs, or career paths.
- Assist in preparing academic plans and monitoring students’ progress.
- Address academic, personal, or adjustment concerns through one-on-one counselling sessions.
- Conduct workshops/seminars on career development, study skills, and personal growth.
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to ensure student success and retention.
- Maintain accurate records of counselling sessions and student progress.
- Stay updated with new academic programs, industry trends, and career opportunities.
- Provide parents/guardians with updates and guidance on academic matters when necessary.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education
- Prior experience as a counsellor, academic advisor, or in student support services preferred.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
