We are seeking an experienced **Laptop Repair Technician (L2)** to join our service team. The L2 technician will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing laptops and related hardware at an advanced level. This role requires expertise in component-level troubleshooting, replacement, and configuration, ensuring mínimal downtime for clients.

**1-7 years of experience** in laptop/desktop hardware repair.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform **advanced diagnostics** on laptops, desktops, and peripherals (hardware & software).
- Repair and replace **motherboards, RAM, hard drives, SSDs, keyboards, displays, battery units, fans, and other internal components**.
- Troubleshoot and resolve **BIOS issues, OS installation errors, driver conflicts, and networking problems**.
- Perform **chip-level soldering, reflow, and component testing** (as applicable).
- Manage **data backup, recovery, and OS reinstallation** for customer devices.
- Handle **warranty and non-warranty repair cases**, coordinating with vendors/partners if needed.
- Maintain **detailed service logs, documentation, and repair reports**.
- Provide **L1 team support** for escalated technical issues.
- Ensure compliance with **safety and ESD protocols** during repairs.
- Keep up to date with the latest hardware, tools, and troubleshooting techniques.

Pay: ₹15,296.95 - ₹35,125.92 per month
