**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and produce a wide range of digital and print materials, including but not limited to brochures, flyers, banners, social media graphics, website visuals, and advertisements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute creative concepts that align with brand guidelines and business objectives.
- Ensure all graphics and layouts are visually appealing, on-brand, and meet project specifications.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and tools to bring fresh ideas and innovative approaches to design projects.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Review and provide feedback on design drafts, making necessary adjustments to meet project requirements.
- Prepare and present design concepts to stakeholders for feedback and approval.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio of design projects.
- Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and web design principles is a plus.
- Experience with video editing and animation tools is a plus.

Pay: ₹10,046.98 - ₹35,000.00 per month
