**Experience Required**: 2-5 years (Freshers with a strong portfolio can also apply)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design seasonal collections of **sarees, suits, and dupattas**, including fabric selection, color combinations, embroidery work, prints, and styling.
- Research fashion trends, colors, and consumer preferences to create market-relevant ethnic designs.
- Coordinate with dyeing, embroidery, stitching, and finishing teams to ensure high-quality output.
- Create **sketches, CADs, mood boards, and tech packs** for each design.
- Manage the sampling process and follow up with the production team for timely execution.
- Collaborate with the marketing and social media teams to plan collection launches, shoots, and promotions.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Degree/Diploma in Fashion Design from a recognized institute (e.g., NIFT, INIFD, etc.).
- Strong portfolio focused on ethnic wear, particularly sarees and suits.
- Good knowledge of Indian fabrics, embroidery techniques, dyeing, surface ornamentation, and finishing.
- Proficiency in design software like Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, and Photoshop.
- Strong communication and coordination skills with the ability to manage deadlines.

**Preferred Qualities**:

- Passion for Indian ethnic fashion and contemporary styling.
- Understanding of regional aesthetics, especially North Indian and Gujarati elements.
- Detail-oriented with a flair for innovation and creativity.
- A team player who can take initiative and bring fresh design ideas.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
