- Supervise and coordinate canteen staff including cooks, servers, and cleaners.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
- Monitor food quality, portion sizes, and presentation to meet organizational standards.
- Manage stock levels and place orders for supplies as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in food preparation and dining areas.
- Handle customer complaints or feedback in a professional manner.
- Maintain records of sales, stock, and staff performance.
- Implement cost control measures to maximize profitability.
- Train and mentor new staff in food handling and safety procedures.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
