Operation Theatre Nurse

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Actively participate in vascular surgery procedures, providing direct assistance to surgeons and other team members as needed.
- Utilize sound knowledge of surgical procedures to anticipate the needs of the surgical team and ensure efficient workflow in the operating room.
- Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the smooth flow of surgical procedures.
- Provide direct patient care before, during, and after surgery, including monitoring vital signs and administering medications as needed.
- Maintain a sterile and safe surgical environment, adhering to infection control protocols and safety standards.
- Assist in the positioning of patients and the preparation of surgical equipment and instrumentation.
- Participate in the documentation of patient information and surgical procedures accurately and efficiently.
- Act as a resource and support for patients and their families, providing education and emotional support as needed.
**Qualifications**:
- Valid nursing license and registration.
- Previous experience working in a cathlab setting, with a strong understanding of catheterization procedures.
- Preferably, experience in cardiology or CVTS, with knowledge of vascular anatomy and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced surgical environment.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain composure under pressure.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the field of vascular surgery.
Pay: ₹14,740.83 - ₹42,331.11 per month
