We are a **fast-growing Agritech startup** engaged in **retail and bulk sales of agricultural products**, with a clear vision to **manage large-scale farms on lease across India** using **natural and sustainable farming methods**.

As part of our upcoming project, we are acquiring farmland in **Bharatpur, Rajasthan**, to build a **fully integrated farm management system** with **pre-sale booking opportunities** for our produce.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Full ownership of operations across **25-50 acres** of leased farmland
- Plan and execute **crop selection, sowing, irrigation, nutrition, pest management, and harvesting**:

- Monitor and manage **daily farm activities and field labor**:

- Coordinate with **procurement, packaging, and sales** teams
- Maintain and update **MIS reports** on inputs, crop health, and yield
- Ensure **regular updates** to the central management team

**Eligibility Criteria**
- **Bachelor’s/Diploma** in Agriculture, Horticulture, or related field
- **Minimum 2 years** of hands-on farm management experience (motivated freshers may also apply)
- Willingness to stay **on/near the farm** and work in a rural/agriculture-based setup
- Familiarity with **crop cycles, soil health, and organic/natural farming** methods
- Ability to **lead a team of farm workers**:

- Strong **communication and reporting** skills

**Preferred Qualities**
- Energetic, committed youth ready to stick with the project for **at least one Year.**:

- Multitasking ability and field leadership skills
- Exposure to **precision farming / agri-tech tools** will be a plus
- Ability to ride a two-wheeler and travel locally if required
