**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and resolve contract disputes, intellectual property conflicts, employment disagreements, and other general litigation matters.
- Provide sound legal counsel and representation to the company in various legal proceedings.
- Develop and implement strategies to mitigate legal risks and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide guidance on legal matters impacting business operations.
- Handle cross-border disputes efficiently and effectively.

**Qualifications**:

- 5-10 years of experience in business litigation, with a strong focus on contract disputes, intellectual property, employment law, and general litigation.
- Proven track record in negotiation and dispute resolution.
- Expertise in Business Law with a solid understanding of International Litigation Law.
- Demonstrated experience in handling cross-border disputes is highly desirable.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work within the constraints of a startup budget.
