**Role and Responsibility - Manpower Supervisor**
1. Need to creating documenting, monitoring and improving manpower power strength based on the production target and required to complete a specific task
2. Need to provide onboarding documents, new hire requirements, Explain about the job, policies, and procedures.
3. Ensure to provide PPE (Personal protective equipment) and explain about 5S training to the new Employee
4. Creating and managing schedules, calendars, and working hours to ensure that the necessary human resources and skills are available at key times
5. Need to submit documents like onboarding, attendance, turnover rate, retention rates, and Supporting details for payroll process.
6. Career advancement opportunities are chances to grow your career, such as taking on new responsibilities or getting a promotion
7. Conflict resolution can be defined as the process of identifying, addressing, and resolving disagreements or disputes among employees in a professional setting, thereby fostering a positive and productive work environment.
8. IF management Required, need to support for working process in employee on absent days.

1. Attendance Document
2. New Joiner KYC (Joining formality, Adhar Card, PAN card, Bank Book Copy and Photos, Educational certificate copy, Acknowledge letter)
3. Left Employee DOE details
4. Safety Shoe and T-shirt Details for new joiner
