**Job Title: Shift Supervisor - Kitchen Operations**

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a dedicated and hands-on **Shift Supervisor** to oversee daily operations in our kitchen and warehouse facilities. This role involves managing manpower, allocating tasks, ensuring shift efficiency, and maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and compliance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and manage daily/weekly manpower rosters.
- Supervise the start, handover, and end-of-shift procedures.
- Allocate work based on employee skill sets and shift requirements.
- Ensure full shift coverage by tracking attendance and managing leave adjustments.
- Maintain hygiene, food safety, and labor compliance as per regulatory and internal standards.
- Monitor and improve productivity and team performance through feedback and coaching.
- Resolve day-to-day operational challenges with mínimal disruption.
- Support inventory control processes and ensure stock accuracy.
- Maintain and submit daily shift reports, including KPIs and issue logs.
- Collaborate with other shift supervisors for smooth shift transitions.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in operations or manpower management.
- Background in hospitality, food production, logistics, or manufacturing preferred.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle fast-paced environments and adapt to changing priorities.
- Good communication skills in English and regional languages.
- Proficiency in basic reporting tools (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.)
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
