Job Title: Accounts Executive

**Salary**: up to 30k

Location: Sahibabad - Ghaziabad

Key Responsibilities:
1. Bank Reconciliation:

- Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
- Investigate and resolve any discrepancies found during reconciliation.

2. GST/TDS Management:

- Manage GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.) and ensure timely filing.
- Handle TDS returns and certificates, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Maintain records of GST and TDS payable and receivable.

3. MIS Reports:

- Prepare and analyze various Management Information System (MIS) reports for management review.
- Ensure reports are accurate, timely, and provide valuable insights for decision-making.

4. Ledger Management:

- Maintain and update ledgers for accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

**Required Skills**:
1. Strong understanding of accounting principles, including GST and TDS regulations.

2. Expertise in accounting software (Busy, Tally, or ERP systems) and knowledge of advance Excel is mandatory.

3. Ability to analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide recommendations.

4. High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial reporting and compliance.

Experience and Qualifications:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.

2. Experience: 4-7 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on GST/TDS, bank reconciliation, and MIS reporting.
