Key Responsibilities:

- Social Media Calendar Development: Spearhead the creation of a comprehensive monthly social media calendar that aligns with client objectives, market trends, and promotional strategies.
- Campaign Management: Conceptualize, plan, and oversee the execution of innovative social media campaigns from inception to completion, ensuring they resonate with the target audience and meet client goals.
- Creative Conceptualization: Leverage the latest industry trends to develop creative concepts for campaigns. Craft compelling narratives and visual content that enhance brand visibility and audience engagement.
- Social Media Growth Strategy: Analyze performance data and market trends to formulate growth strategies for various social media platforms. Implement tactics to boost follower count, engagement rates, and overall brand presence.
- Pitch Preparation: Collaborate with the business development team to prepare persuasive social media pitches. Design and present high-impact PowerPoint presentations that effectively communicate the value proposition and strategy to potential clients.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with content creators, graphic designers, and other team members to ensure a cohesive and consistent brand message across all digital platforms.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in social media marketing or a related role, with a proven track record of success in strategic planning and campaign management.
- Strong proficiency in social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
- Exceptional ability to conceptualise creative and innovative content ideas.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and other presentation tools.
- Experience in client interaction and understanding client briefs and expectations.
