Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Site Supervisor. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the installation of restroom cubicles, toilet partitions, urinal partitions, and related products. The day-to-day tasks include coordinating with the installation team, ensuring timely delivery and installation, conducting quality checks, managing site activities, and resolving any on-site issues. The Site Supervisor will be based in Chennai and will work closely with the project manager and the installation team.
**Qualifications**:
Experience in supervising construction/installation projects
Knowledge of restroom cubicles, toilet partitions, and related products
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and team management skills
Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Attention to detail and quality-oriented mindset
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Knowledge of health and safety regulations
Relevant certification or diploma in construction management or related field
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
