We are looking for a Social Media Executive and Graphic Designer (1-3years experice) who can create and execute social media strategies to increase our online presence and drive organic and paid traffic to our website.You will be responsible for managing social media accounts, running ad campaigns,analyzing performance metrics, and reporting on results.

To be successful in this role, you should have a solid understanding of social media platformsand online advertising tools. You should also have excellent communication skills and a creative, analytical mindset.

**Job description**:
Your primary responsibility is to develop and execute social media strategies to enhance

brand visibility, engage with the target audience, and drive social media growth.

Manage multiple social media platforms and implement effective campaigns to achieve

business objectives.

This role requires a deep understanding of social media trends, platforms, and analytics to

optimize content and drive results.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and execute social media strategies:
Collaborate with the design team to ensure visually appealing and on-brand content.

2. Social media management: Manage day-to-day activities on various social media

platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Monitor

and respond to comments, messages, and mentions with professional language.

3. Community engagement: Foster and grow a strong social media community by initiating

and participating in conversations, addressing customer queries and concerns, and building relationships with followers, influencers, and industry stakeholders.

4. Social media campaigns: Plan, execute, and monitor social media campaigns to drive

brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. Utilize various tools and techniques to

optimize campaign performance and track key metrics.

5. Analytics and reporting: Monitor and analyze social media metrics, including reach,

engagement, conversions, and audience demographics. Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for improvement.

6. Stay updated on social media trends: Keep updated about Social media trends, features,

algorithms, and best practices. Explore new platforms and opportunities to expand the brands social media presence.

7. Collaboration and coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as

marketing, content, design, and customer service to align social media efforts with overall

marketing initiatives. Coordinate with external agencies or vendors, as required
