**Job Title**: Accounts Executive | 5 Days Working
**Location**: Noida
**Experience**: 1+ years

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain day-to-day books of accounts (Journal, Ledger, Cash Book, Bank Book, etc.).
- Record and reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
- Handle bank reconciliations and vendor payments.
- Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and expense vouchers.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- File GST returns, TDS returns, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Hands-on experience with accounting software (e.g., Tally ERP, Zoho).
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other tax regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
