Job Role & Responsibilities: As a Business Development Associate, you'll be at the forefront of showcasing our IT services and solutions.

Your main tasks involve:
1. Understanding and analysing what clients need for their business and the technical aspects they require.

2. Crafting reports that forecast sales and future projections.

3. Exploring the market to spot potential sales opportunities and understand customer needs.

4. Actively searching for new sales chances through methods like cold calling, networking, and social media.

5. Cultivating and nurturing strong relationships with customers.

6. Crafting and delivering engaging presentations about our products and services.

7. Developing proposals and presentations to turn leads into successful deals.

8. Handling client queries regarding ongoing projects and making decisions based on client communication.

9. Sharing new project possibilities with existing and potential clients.

10. Establishing and maintaining robust relationships with both prospects and current clients.

1. Driven by goals and targets.

2. Excellent communicators.

3. Skilled in negotiation during sales.

4. Capable of creating engaging company intros and product demos.

5. Proficient at identifying potential leads.

Desired Qualifications: For this position, having the following qualifications is advantageous:
1. A Bachelor’s degree.

2. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
