General Administration & site mobilization
Strong experience in labour law & various Acts applicable as per industry requirements.
Handling contractors, sub-contractors and union matters
Arrangement of Labour accommodation and basic amenities
Staff Accommodation, housekeeping, transport requirements at sites
Strong Statutory Compliance & Labour related Issues
Liaison with Govt. Departments like labour Dept., PF, ESI & Local bodies
Handling legal issues respective to sites and trade unions
Maintenance of statutory compliance records as per various acts
**Qualifications
- Any Graduate**Desired Skills
- General Administration, Labour Laws, Statutory Compliance, Personnel, IR Issues, Accommodation, Legal Issues.**Experience
**5+ **years Admin & IR functions- Ex-Army Personnel with 2 to 5 Years’ experience
