Key Responsibilities:
**Dish Preparation**:
- Expertly prepare classic Mughlai dishes like Butter Chicken, Rogan Josh, Biryani, Seekh Kebabs, Shammi Kebabs, Nihari, Dal Makhani, and more, adhering to authentic recipes.
- Properly marinate meats and vegetables using a variety of spices like cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, ginger, garlic, and chili powder.
- Cook dishes using traditional methods like tandoor ovens, deep frying, and slow cooking to achieve desired textures and flavors.
- Ensure proper portioning and plating for aesthetic presentation.
**Ingredient Management**:
- Source and maintain quality ingredients, including fresh herbs, spices, meats, and dairy products.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper storage to prevent spoilage.
**Kitchen Operations**:
- Follow kitchen sanitation and hygiene standards, including proper handling of food and equipment.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to maintain a smooth workflow and meet service deadlines.
- Assist in prepping ingredients and mise en place for daily operations.
**Quality Control**:
- Taste test dishes regularly to ensure consistency in flavor and quality.
- Identify and address any issues with food preparation or presentation.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Rotational shift
**Education**:
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Mughlai Chef: 3 years (required)
- Restaurant: 3 years (preferred)
