**Responsibilities**:
**Customer Engagement**:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and approachable manner.
- Understand customer needs and provide product recommendations based on their preferences.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our home and lifestyle products.

Sales and Revenue Generation:

- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective product knowledge and upselling techniques.
- Actively participate in promotions and events to drive sales and enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of current promotions, discounts, and product features.

Product Knowledge:

- Stay informed about the latest trends in home and lifestyle products.
- Provide accurate information about product specifications, features, and benefits.
- Attend training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

Visual Merchandising:

- Ensure that the store's visual standards are consistently met through proper merchandising and product placement.
- Collaborate with the store management team to create attractive displays that highlight key products.

Customer Service:

- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and returns professionally and efficiently.
- Resolve customer issues to their satisfaction, escalating when necessary.

Team Collaboration:

- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve collective sales goals.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and positive work environment.

Operational Duties:

- Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy and participate in regular stock checks.
- Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Follow opening and closing procedures as outlined by the management.

Qualifications:

- Previous retail sales experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for home and lifestyle products.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer skills for point-of-sale transactions.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
