**Administration Executive (Compliance with US Administrative Rules, Regulations, and Frameworks)**

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Travel Management**: Handle domestic & international travel (especially US), including booking, visa processing, and expense reconciliation.
- **Procurement & Inventory**: Manage office supplies procurement and maintain vendor relationships (US-based suppliers included).
- **Vendor Management**: Source, onboard, and manage vendor contracts, ensuring compliance with internal and US regulations.
- **Compliance**: Ensure adherence to US administrative rules (e.g., privacy, contracts, basic import/export if applicable).
- **Office Support**: Provide general clerical and administrative support; maintain records and assist with office upkeep.
- **Coordination & Reporting**: Act as liaison for US-related administrative tasks, prepare reports, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
**Required Skills & Competencies**:
- 3+ years in administration with US operations exposure
- Proficient in travel booking, vendor management, and procurement
- Familiarity with US administrative/compliance frameworks
- Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent communication, coordination, and reporting skills
- Ability to manage tasks independently and collaborate across teams
Pay: Up to ₹700,000.00 per year
