**Job Title**: Subject Matter Expert (SME) - Statistics

**Salary**: 25000 to 35,000 per Month

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and review high-quality statistical content for academic, technical, or corporate use, including case studies, reports, and research papers.
- Conduct descriptive and inferential data analysis using SPSS and other statistical tools.
- Assist in formulating research hypotheses, performing hypothesis testing, and interpreting results in line with research objectives.
- Prepare clear, well-structured written explanations of statistical concepts, models, and output for non-technical audiences.
- Guide clients or internal teams on statistical techniques such as regression, ANOVA, chi-square, factor analysis, and multivariate models.
- Review and validate statistical sections in dissertations, journal articles, or project reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including content writers, editors, and domain experts to ensure accuracy and coherence of statistical elements.
- Maintain updated knowledge of the latest trends, methodologies, and best practices in statistics and data analysis.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Master’s or Ph.D. in **Statistics,**:

- Strong foundation in both **theoretical and applied statistics**.
- Experience in content creation, teaching, academic writing, or research (preferred).

**Desired Skills**:

- Proficiency in **statistical tools** like R, Python, SPSS, SAS, Stata, or Excel.
- Familiarity with **e-learning tools or platforms** (e.g., Moodle, Canvas, or proprietary LMS).
- Strong **written communication** and **academic writing** abilities.
- Ability to explain complex statistical ideas in a **clear, simple, and engaging manner**.
- Attention to detail and commitment to **quality and accuracy**.
