A **Hardware Technician** at Sanchit Financial, you will be responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving hardware issues related to our internal and external systems. You will work closely with our IT team and other departments to ensure the smooth operation of all hardware infrastructure, supporting a wide variety of devices and systems used in our financial operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware problems, including but not limited to desktops, laptops, printers, servers, networking equipment, and peripheral devices.
- Perform repairs and maintenance on faulty hardware components.
- Install, configure, and upgrade hardware systems and devices.
- Provide technical support to employees, helping resolve hardware issues quickly and efficiently.
- Test and verify hardware performance to ensure compatibility and efficiency.
- Assist in the setup, installation, and configuration of new hardware for employees and departments.
- Keep track of hardware inventory and assist with purchasing new hardware as needed.
- Document hardware issues, resolutions, and maintenance activities.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hardware trends and emerging technologies.
- Ensure that all hardware equipment is in compliance with company standards and security protocols.

- हार्डवेयर समस्याओं का निदान और समस्या निवारण करें, जिसमें डेस्कटॉप, लैपटॉप, प्रिंटर, सर्वर, नेटवर्किंग उपकरण और सहायक उपकरण शामिल हैं।
- दोषपूर्ण हार्डवेयर घटकों की मरम्मत और रखरखाव करें।
- हार्डवेयर प्रणालियों और उपकरणों की स्थापना, कॉन्फ़िगरेशन और उन्नयन करें।
- आईटी टीम के साथ मिलकर यह सुनिश्चित करें कि हार्डवेयर सॉफ़्टवेयर अनुप्रयोगों के साथ सही ढंग से काम कर रहा हो।
- कर्मचारियों को तकनीकी समर्थन प्रदान करें, ताकि हार्डवेयर समस्याओं का शीघ्र और प्रभावी समाधान हो सके।
- हार्डवेयर प्रदर्शन का परीक्षण और सत्यापन करें ताकि संगतता और दक्षता सुनिश्चित की जा सके।
- कर्मचारियों और विभागों के लिए नए हार्डवेयर की स्थापना, इंस्टॉलेशन और कॉन्फ़िगरेशन में सहायता करें।
- हार्डवेयर इन्वेंट्री का ट्रैक रखें और आवश्यकता के अनुसार नए हार्डवेयर की खरीदारी में सहायता करें।
- हार्डवेयर समस्याओं, समाधानों और रखरखाव गतिविधियों का दस्तावेजीकरण करें।
- हार्डवेयर ट्रेंड्स और उभरती हुई तकनीकों के बारे में अद्यतित ज्ञान बनाए रखें।

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
