**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Soldering**:

- Perform high-quality soldering of electronic components onto printed circuit boards (PCBs) using both through-hole and surface-mount technology (SMT).
- Ensure soldering meets industry standards and company quality requirements.
- **Assembly**:

- Assemble electronic components and systems according to engineering drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
- Inspect and verify the assembly of components for accuracy and quality.
- **Testing and Troubleshooting**:

- Conduct functional tests on electronic assemblies and systems to ensure proper operation.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues in electronic circuits and components.
- Use various testing equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and signal generators to identify and fix problems.
- **Quality Control**:

- Perform quality checks on completed assemblies to ensure they meet specified requirements.
- Document test results and maintain accurate records of work performed.
- **Repair and Maintenance**:

- Repair and rework defective electronic components and assemblies.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment and tools used in the assembly and testing process.
- **Safety and Compliance**:

- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- ITI Diploma in Electronics or a related field, or more than 5 years of relevant experience in electronics soldering and testing.
- Proficiency in soldering techniques, both through-hole and surface-mount technology.
- Strong understanding of electronic components, circuits, and schematics.
- Hands-on experience with testing and diagnostic tools such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and signal generators.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Knowledge of safety standards and procedures in electronics manufacturing.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certification in IPC-A-610 or J-STD-001 standards.
- Experience with automated testing equipment and software.
- Familiarity with ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) protection measures.

**Working Conditions**:

- Standard working hours with occasional overtime as needed.
- Work is performed in a manufacturing and lab environment.
- Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
