- **Key Responsibilities**:_
- Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, and other digital channels.
- Manage end-to-end digital marketing activities, from strategy and setup to monitoring and reporting, ensuring optimal results.
- Conduct detailed keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to identify new growth opportunities.
- Optimize campaigns for maximum performance by continuously analyzing data and making recommendations for bid adjustments, ad copy improvements, and audience targeting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design and content, to develop compelling ad creatives and landing page experiences.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs),conversion rates, and ROAS, providing actionable insights and performance updates.
- Manage and optimize the marketing budget to achieve the best possible return on investment.
- Develop and present performance reports on a weekly and monthly basis, highlighting campaign performance, insights, and areas for improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, industry developments, and best practices in digital marketing and e-commerce.
- **Requirements**:_
- Proven experience in performance marketing within e-commerce or marketing agencies.
- Proficiency in managing campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid advertising channels.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, and other reporting tools.
- Experience with audience segmentation, retargeting, and advanced targeting strategies.
- Ability to work with large datasets and draw meaningful insights to improve campaign performance.
- Solid project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for effectively conveying campaign results and insights to stakeholders.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and their advertising integrations is a plus.
