Job Title: Desktop Administrator

Timing: 6:30PM to 4:30AM (US Shift)
Location: 402, Atlantis Heights Sarabhai Campus, Race Course Rd, near Genda Circle,
Vadodara, Gujarat 390007

**Job Description**:
Assist employees with the setup, configuration, and ongoing usage of computers, laptops, peripheral devices, and software in accordance with established standards and norms. Participate in a multi-layered client-server environment using various computing systems. Update and maintain computer inventory and surplus equipment. Maintain and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, VoIP telephone, biometric, video, and other computing systems. Maintain the computing environment’s passwords, data integrity, and file system security. Ensure that employees were properly using network and Internet privileges, and that network bandwidth requirements were met. Repair high-level operating systems, and perform complex malware eradication, data transfers, and system backups. Recommend and implement upgrades to maintain system longevity. Determine system procurement specs by assessing functional requirements. Identify and resolve issues with hardware and network connectivity.

**Salary**: ₹9,615.31 - ₹18,000.00 per month
