Our waterproofing service division, Guardia Smart Build Care, adds an extra layer of excellence to our comprehensive offerings.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Strategy**: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets in the assigned area.
- **Market Research**: Conduct market research to identify potential customers, trends, and competitive landscape to optimize sales opportunities.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- **Product Knowledge**: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our emulsion paints and waterproofing services to effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
- **Promotions and Campaigns**: Plan and execute promotional activities and marketing campaigns to boost brand visibility and drive sales growth.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, detailing achievements, challenges, and market insights to the management team.
- **Team Collaboration**: Collaborate with the sales team, marketing, and other departments to ensure a cohesive approach towards business objectives.
- **Training and Development**: Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques to continuously enhance personal and team performance.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the paint or construction industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned area.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
