**Job Description**:
**Role Summary/Purpose**:
In this role, you will be supporting the credit and fraud initiatives for the TJX portfolio to manage the growth in a prudent manner. You will collaborate with credit strategy/infrastructure and client teams to develop and implement new strategies, products, and capabilities. This role will involve developing deeper understanding of products/data/processes and working cross-functionally to use analytical methods/tools for credit risk evaluation, delinquency/loss mitigation and portfolio monitoring.

**Essential Responsibilities**:

- Manage credit risk while driving portfolio growth and profitability
- Work closely with the credit leader, client teams and credit strategy teams to provide data and analytics in support of portfolio growth and loss mitigation efforts.
- Assist in the development of enhanced credit strategies, using champion/challenger leanings to manage credit and fraud risk.
- Work cross-functionally to support the implementation of new products and capabilities
- Translate business objectives into data analysis problem and develop appropriate solution.
- Provide appropriate reporting and analysis for portfolio monitoring, communicate insights and findings to the management
- Work on any other analytical/reporting/data projects as needed.
- Investigate and resolve various customer and client issues
- Perform on special projects as assigned

**Qualifications/Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience in credit, risk or analytics, or in lieu of a degree 7+ years' experience in credit, risk or analytics
- Strong SAS, R or Python programming skills
- Advanced skills using Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience analyzing large data sets to derive actionable insights
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to interact with and present to all levels of the organization and external client/partner
- ** Shift Timings **:2pm to 11 pm IST

**Desired Characteristics**:
