**Marketing & Strategy Associate**
- **Start Date**: Immediate
- **Location**: My Design Minds, RZ-23, Third floor, Sitapuri, Near Dabri Police Station, Delhi (110045)
- **Salary**: 15,000-20,000 (Depending on skill set)
- **Experience**:0-2 years in marketing, branding, or business strategy. Freshers with a strong interest in startups are encouraged to apply.

**Key Objectives**

**Competitor and Industry Analysis**:
Regularly research and track new startups, industry trends, and competitors in the design, prototyping, and R&D space.

Prepare monthly reports on competitors' strategies, services, and customer feedback.

Identify gaps in the market and suggest actionable strategies for My Design Minds.

Innovative Marketing Strategies:
Develop and implement cost-effective marketing campaigns for industry events, trade shows, and webinars.

Collaborate with the team to host free/low-cost workshops, meetups, or online webinars to build brand awareness.

Brand Identity and Customer Experience:
Maintain consistency in brand messaging across all platforms (website, social media, offline materials).

Create personalized customer touchpoints to make interactions with My Design Minds memorable.

Design low-budget but high-impact client engagement experiences, such as sending thank-you notes, creative project updates, or small tokens with deliveries.

**Social Media and Content**:
Manage and grow social media presence by sharing insights about My Design Minds, client stories, and industry trends.

Draft engaging content, such as blog posts, newsletters, and case studies, to build credibility.

Event Representation:
Research relevant industry events and suggest opportunities for participation.

Plan zero-to-minimum budget strategies, such as presenting case studies or networking with potential clients during events.

**Experience**: 0-2 years in marketing, business strategy, or branding; freshers or interns with a strong interest in design and marketing are welcome.

**Skills**:Research-oriented mindset with strong analytical abilities.

Basic knowledge of marketing strategies and branding principles.

Familiarity with tools like Canva, Google Sheets, and basic social media platforms.

**Personality**: A creative thinker who enjoys problem-solving and is self-driven to find innovative solutions.

**KPIs for Success**

Monthly competitor analysis reports with actionable insights.

Execution of at least one cost-effective marketing idea per quarter.

Increased social media engagement by X% over three months.

Successful organization or participation in at least two industry events or webinars annually.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Strong research and analytical abilities.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Canva, etc.).

**Roles and Responsibilities**

1. Competitor & Industry Research

Track and analyze competitors and new startups in the design and R&D industry.

Prepare monthly reports on market trends, customer needs, and emerging opportunities.

2. Innovative Marketing Strategies

Develop cost-effective marketing plans for events, trade shows, and webinars.

Suggest and implement innovative strategies to boost brand awareness.

3. Brand Identity & Customer Experience

Maintain consistency in our brand identity and messaging across all channels.

Create a memorable customer journey by implementing unique, low-budget engagement ideas.

4. Content & Social Media Management

Manage and grow our social media presence (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).

Draft engaging content such as blogs, newsletters, and case studies.

5. Event Representation

Research and identify relevant industry events for participation.

Represent the company and showcase our expertise to potential clients and collaborators.
