**Objectives of this Role**
- Develop industry-leading controlled experiments that adhere to budgetary constraints and project directives.
- Generate meaningful datasets, storing and organizing metrics into our database.
- Analyze, interpret and translate results into actionable and tangible findings-assisting with the publication of official journal articles as needed.
- Ensure facility and equipment is properly handled, maintained and in working order.
- Administer all processed and procedures in a complaint, ethical and comprehensive.

**Responsibilities**:

- Receive, catalogue and prepare samples for testing.
- Keep up to date with relevant scientific and technical developments.
- Planning and conducting experiments to develop new products.
- Carrying out fieldwork e.g., collecting samples and field trials.
- Recording, analyzing and detailed data at every stage of experimentation.
- Conduct library and journal research and assist in the authorship of journal publications.
- Preparing and demonstrating procedures.
- Organizing product/material testing.
- Developing original solutions to problems.
- Ensuring that quality standards are met.
- Liaising with research and/or production staff as required.
- Communicate with fellow researchers using knowledge sharing activities and supporting technical staff to accomplish goals.
- Maintain laboratory equipment, supply inventory and ensure overall laboratory cleanliness.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in biotechnology or related fields.
- 1+ year experience.

**Desirable Skills**
- Multilingual communication skills (English, Hindi & Malayalam).
- Experience in Biotech/ AgriTech / BSF farming/ Fisheries industries highly desirable.
- Results driven with demonstrated successful outcomes.

**Salary**: From ₹200,000.00 per year
