**Job Title**:
Clinical & Patient Coordinator (Nursing Profile)

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for an experienced and compassionate Clinical & Patient Coordinator with a nursing background to streamline patient care, coordinate clinical workflows, and ensure a smooth and efficient experience for patients from admission to discharge. This role bridges the gap between patients, doctors, and administrative staff, ensuring quality care and patient satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Clinical Coordination_
- Assist physicians and specialists during patient assessments and clinical procedures.
- Monitor patient care plans and ensure adherence to treatment protocols.
- Support clinical documentation, record-keeping, and report generation.
- Coordinate diagnostic tests, treatments, and follow-ups.
- Ensure infection control and clinical safety standards are maintained.
- Patient Coordination_
- Serve as the main point of contact for patients and their families.
- Manage patient scheduling, admissions, and discharge planning.
- Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, and post-care instructions.
- Handle patient queries, grievances, and ensure timely resolution.
- Collaborate with various departments to facilitate seamless patient care.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Degree/Diploma in Nursing (GNM/B.Sc. Nursing or equivalent).
- Valid nursing registration/license (if applicable by region).
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a clinical or coordination role.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay calm in high-pressure environments.

**Work Schedule**:
Full-time : 10am to 8pm

**Location**:
Valasaravakkam & Kolapakkam - Chennai

**Compensation**:
As per industry standards

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
