**JOB DESCRIPTIONS**:
As a Tele Sales for an eye hospital, your primary responsibility is to promote the hospital's services and attract potential patients through outbound and inbound telephone sales. Your role is crucial in helping the eye hospital reach its revenue goals and provide top-quality eye care to the community.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Make outbound calls to potential patients.
- Provide details about the hospital's services and ophthalmologists.
- Assist in booking appointments with eye specialists.
- Build strong relationships with potential patients.
- Work towards monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
- Accurately record patient information and interactions.
- High school diploma, sales or customer service experience.
- Strong communication, empathy, organizational skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems.
- A genuine interest in eye care and patient well-being.

**TELESALES REQUIREMENTS**:

- High school diploma or GED.
- Bachelor's or associate's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or related field is preferred.
- Certified Sales Professional (CSP) accreditation is advantageous.
- Proven experience working as a telesales executive.
- The ability to follow scripts.
- Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- New Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
