**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote the news agency's services, like ads, posters, and banners, attract new clients, and retain existing ones.

Conduct market research to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitive analysis to refine marketing campaigns.

Create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and advertisements, to showcase the news agency's offerings.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, media partners, and industry stakeholders to enhance the news agency's brand reputation and foster business opportunities.

Attend industry or school/colleges events, conferences, and networking functions to represent the news agency and stay updated on industry trends.

Collaborate with the sales team to support lead generation efforts, provide marketing materials, and assist in closing deals.

Stay updated on the latest marketing trends, tools, and technologies, and propose innovative ideas to enhance the news agency's marketing efforts.

**Qualifications**:Bachelor's degree, or a related field.

Proven work experience as a Marketing Executive or similar role, preferably in the news industry.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: Up to ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus

- Jamshedpur, Jharkhand: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
